We are looking for a Travel Agent to join our team and assist customers in planning and booking their travel requirements. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer travel needs and provide suitable travel options
  • Book flights, hotels, holiday packages, and transportation
  • Provide information about travel destinations, prices, and itineraries
  • Maintain customer records and process bookings accurately
  • Handle queries through phone, chat, or email
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for confirmations
  • Assist customers with changes, cancellations, or rescheduling
  • Offer after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep updated with travel guidelines, offers, and promotions

Requirements

  • 12th pass or graduate
  • Fresher or experience both can apply
  • Good communication & customer handling skills
  • Basic computer & internet knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14, ₹26,960.15 per month
