Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 10+ years of expertise in accounting, finance, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, auditing, and financial reporting. This role requires excellent analytical skills, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/annual closing of books.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, systems, and controls.
  • Budget preparation, variance analysis, and cost control measures.
  • Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and statutory bodies.
  • Lead and mentor junior accountants and accounting staff.
  • Provide financial insights to support management in decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • 10+ years of accounting experience (preferably in corporate/industry environment).
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / Busy or other ERP software.
  • In-depth understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, Direct & Indirect Taxes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • CA Inter / CMA Inter qualification (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Experience in handling multiple entities/branches.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis.

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
