We are currently expanding our Indian Accounting Team and are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic organization. Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Accountant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Indian Accounting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations, managing daily financial transactions, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of QuickBooks, bank reconciliations, and finalization of accounts. This position requires someone who is committed, organized, and eager to contribute to a professional accounting team working during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
• Maintain and update journals, ledgers, trial balance, and other financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations, vendor account reconciliations, and petty cash management.
• Ensure accuracy in invoice recording, expense tracking, and documentation.
• Assist in the finalization of accounts, preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Handle vendor and client coordination for accounting and documentation purposes.
• Support management and auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com /
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience in Indian Accounting (mandatory).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong working (knowledge of Zoho Books / QuickBooks is an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general accounting principles.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to learning and growth.
