Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior Accountant with strong hands-on experience in accounting, compliances, and team supervision. The ideal candidate should have 2–3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a CA firm, and be capable of independently managing end-to-end accounts. Candidates pursuing CA (IPCC/Inter) will be considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations
  • Prepare and review financial statements and monthly MIS reports
  • Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and ROC compliances
  • Handle finalization of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations
  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants
  • Coordinate with auditors, clients, and government authorities
  • Ensure timely completion of statutory audits and tax audits
  • Manage accounts receivable/payable and maintain cash flow
  • Strengthen internal financial controls and streamline processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce/Accounting
  • 2–3+ years of experience in accounting (CA-firm experience preferred)
  • CA pursuing (IPCC/Inter) candidates will be a plus
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliances
  • Ability to independently manage work and lead a small team
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting/ERP software
  • Good understanding of reconciliations, bookkeeping, and final accounts
