Role & responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java.
  • Apply design patterns and implement efficient data structures.
  • Write clean, modular, and testable code.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Deploy, monitor, and support applications in Linux environments.
  • Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot production issues, and resolve incidents.
  • Perform root cause analysis and ensure application stability and performance.
  • Work with SIP, WebRTC, and CSTA protocols in real-time communication systems.
  • Support and enhance Telecom application modules with domain-specific requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong programming skills in Java (8/11/17).
  • Knowledge of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with deployment services and application management.
  • Hands-on expertise in Linux OS (scripting, deployment, troubleshooting).
  • Practical exposure to SIP, WebRTC, CSTA protocols.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and support skills.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of logging/monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Exposure to Telecom/VoIP products and real-time communication platforms.
