Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Role Overview: As a Senior Java Developer , you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions. You will work in a collaborative environment, leading projects, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
  • Develop and implement microservices using technologies such as Spring Boot, JPA, and REST APIs.
  • Enhance application performance through code optimization and thorough debugging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a robust understanding of Java development with extensive experience in building scalable applications. You must possess strong problem-solving skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7-14 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
  • Expertise with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
