Position US Accounting

  • Location: Nashik, India
  • Work Hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (India Standard Time)
  • Qualification : CA Intern or MBA Fresher
  • English Communication Must

Key Responsibilities

  • Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
  • Conduct financial reviews and management reporting.
  • Manage month-end and year-end journal entries.
  • Handle payroll compliance and payroll return filings (Forms 940/941).
  • Prepare sales tax workings and file sales tax returns.
  • Ensure clients consistently receive service excellence aligned with company standards.
  • Participate in internal and external training programs; obtain certification in relevant software.
  • Independently review client workflows and maintain effective monitoring systems.
  • Oversee onboarding of new client accounts and guide team members during the process.
  • Actively participate in the training and development of team members.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Associates, Senior Associates, and Team Leads.
  • Identify and assist in resolving client engagement issues, anomalies, and non-routine items.
  • Oversee project management, quality control, and review of deliverables.
  • Uphold the principles of exceptional client service through proactive communication and collaboration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹36,315.48 per month
