Sales Executive

As an Sales Executive/ BDE (Business Development Executive) at RND Technosoft, your responsibilities will include:
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients to foster company growth.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions through effective presentations and product demonstrations.
- Conduct research on market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Attend industry events to source potential clients and promote the company's products or services.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and the Business Development Manager (BDM) to discuss project requirements, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Utilize various online portals and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Upwork, People Per Hour, CRM systems) to generate high-quality leads through targeted outreach, content marketing, and social media engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective business strategies.
- Manage CRM software data, update sales reports, and assist in marketing projects.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue forecasts, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Oversee leads generated by Business Development Executives (BDEs), ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into sales opportunities.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
