Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business clients to understand their needs and drive satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prospecting new clients through various channels to expand market share.
- Track sales performance, set sales quotas, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to upper management.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors, market trends, and evolving customer needs.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and optimize customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales and sales leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build rapport with clients and close deals.
- Strong analytical and data-driven skills for forecasting and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
