Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: The Fern Residency Hotel, Vadodara
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Fern Residency Hotel, Vadodara, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving room reservations, banquet sales, and corporate tie-ups while maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and promoting the hotel's services to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase hotel revenue (rooms, banquets, F&B).
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential customers.
 - Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote hotel services.
 - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
 - Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and agreements with clients.
 - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
 - Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand the client base.
 - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
 - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue reports.
 - Assist in promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
 
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 - 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
 - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 - Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
 - Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus).
 - Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
