As a Practice Lead for PLM/MES/MOM/IOT your work will involve developing solutions , POV for customers. Create and Maintain Capabilities and Offerings for PLM . You will work closely with sales for Business Development, creating proposals, POV and driving customer interactions . Support presales activities. You will work in an innovative environment collaborating with Delivery, product managers, and other Leads to bring data-driven solutions to automate processes, personalise customer experiences, and gain valuable insights from data.

Responsibilities

  • Create and Maintain PLM Offerings and Capabilities.
  • Create GTM strategy
  • Support pre-sales in creating collaterals, POVs and Proposals .
  • Solution and Estimations
  • Closely work with sales for lead generation and building new businesses
  • Work with delivery to build tangile solutions and accelerators
  • Customer presentations and demos.

8 Participate in Seminar, Workshops and Technical conferences

Qualifications
BE in Mechanical

Essential Skills

  • PLM/MES/MOM/IOT Domain experites
  • CAD implementation & Support (NX/CATIA/CREO)
  • Has worked in PLM Practice and contributed to solutions and collaterals.
  • Industry experience in Aero, Auto, Industrial Machinery, Lifesciences etc.
  • End to End process knowledge of any one industry.
  • Teamcenter PLM experience - As Implementation lead, Functional lead or Business Analyst.
  • Worked on Teamcenter Data Migration solutions
  • TC PLM Integration with downstream and upstream applications.

Desired Skills

  • Teamcenter PLM Development - ITK/RAC/AWC etc
  • Has worked on BeSPOKE application development. - Java full stack etc.
  • Exposure to Mendix development. A RAPID developer certification is preferred.

Experience
Minimum of 15 years of experience in PLM/MES/MOM/IOT
