Overview

As a Technical Manager – Siemens PLM & Digital Manufacturing, you will lead the technical delivery of integrated PLM and MOM solutions You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure architectural alignment, and drive digital transformation initiatives across the product and manufacturing lifecycle

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Siemens PLM (Teamcenter, NX) and MOM (Opcenter Execution, Opcenter APS) solutions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of solution architects, developers, and integration specialists.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define solution architecture and implementation roadmaps.
  • Drive solution design, architecture reviews, and technical governance.
  • Ensure quality assurance, risk management, and compliance with Siemens standards.
  • Ensure seamless integration between PLM and MES systems to support digital thread and digital twin strategies.
  • Oversee project planning, technical governance, and quality assurance.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and customer presentations.
  • Stay updated on Siemens software innovations and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with global delivery teams and manage vendor/partner relationships.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in PLM and MES/MOM domains, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, NX, and Opcenter platforms.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product development lifecycle, and digital transformation.
  • Experience with system integration (ERP, SCADA, IIoT platforms).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Siemens certifications in Teamcenter, Opcenter, or NX.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerized deployments.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery models and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical devices).
