Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Teamcenter Developer & Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Teamcenter PLM and Active Workspace (AWC) configuration and customization, with a proven track record of successful implementations, customizations, and integrations across various Teamcenter modules. The role requires strong technical skills, stakeholder interaction capabilities, and experience working in a multi-vendor and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design, configure, and customize Teamcenter PLM (11.x+) and Active Workspace (5.x+) solutions.


• Develop and maintain ITK-based customizations and integrations.


• Configure data models using BMIDE and perform SOA-based service integrations.


• Develop and manage interfaces with Teamcenter for seamless enterprise connectivity.


• Handle various modules such as:

o Part Management

o BoM Management (EBOM, MBOM, SBOM)

o Change Management

o Document Management


• Work on TcUA development and implement user-specific customizations.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Hi-Tech industries and manage deliverables across multi-vendor ecosystems.


• Provide Teamcenter administration support, including user and access management, server and client installations, environment configurations, and troubleshooting.


• Actively participate in project planning and Agile/Waterfall methodology-based execution.

Required Technical Skills:


• Expertise in Teamcenter PLM and Active Workspace (AWC) configuration & customization.


• Strong hands-on experience in:

o Teamcenter 11.x+ and AWC 5.x+

o ITK customization

o BMIDE configuration

o SOA services development

o Interface development with Teamcenter

o TcUA development


• Deep understanding of Teamcenter core modules and use cases.


• Prior experience in Hi-Tech industry implementations and multi-vendor collaboration.

General Managerial Skills:


• Excellent communication and articulation skills.


• Ability to lead discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Strong planning, organizing, and coordination abilities.


• Experience in Agile and Waterfall development frameworks, including lifecycle deliverables.

Nice to Have:


• Teamcenter certification or relevant PLM tool certifications.


• Experience working with global teams and onsite-offshore coordination.


• Familiarity with cloud-based deployments and upgrades.
