Dear candidates,
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Tele caller with a strong background in Solar to join our sales team in Velachery, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of telecalling or inside sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate and convert quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product offerings in the solar domains.
- Follow up with existing leads and maintain a strong pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products/solutions.
- Schedule meetings or site visits for the field sales team.
- Achieve monthly call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM tools regularly.
- Build strong client relationships to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, deliveries, and after-sales support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling/sales in the solar, construction, or electrical industry.
- Proficient in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated.
- Familiar with using basic computer tools (Excel, CRM, email, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
