Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring teams.

Requirements
- Prior experience in recruitment (agency or corporate) preferred.
- Strong communication and networking skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Laptop/PC and stable internet connection.
