McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize
    data pipelines
    and
    data storage solutions
    using SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Manage and optimize
    relational databases
    (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and
    NoSQL platforms
    (Cassandra, ScyllaDB, MongoDB, BigQuery).
  • Build scalable, distributed, and highly available
    database systems
    for real-time and batch workloads.
  • Work with
    CI/CD pipelines
    to automate database deployments, migrations, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with
    data scientists, analysts, and product engineers
    to ensure efficient access to data.
  • Optimize
    query performance, schema design, and indexing strategies
    .
  • Ensure
    data quality, consistency, backup, recovery, and security
    across platforms.
  • Deploy and manage
    cloud-native data services
    on
    GCP, AWS, or Azure
    .
  • Troubleshoot database performance issues and resolve system bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in
    PostgreSQL
    and
    MySQL
    database design and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with
    NoSQL databases
    :
    ScyllaDB, Cassandra, MongoDB, BigQuery
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    distributed systems, replication, sharding, and partitioning
    .
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD pipelines
    (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with
    cloud providers
    :
    AWS (RDS, DynamoDB, Redshift), GCP (BigQuery, Cloud SQL), Azure (Cosmos DB, SQL Database)
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    query optimization, schema modeling, and indexing
    .
  • Good scripting skills in
    Python, Bash, or similar
    for automation.
