What You'll Do:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve P1/P2 incidents efficiently, collaborating with remote teams as necessary.
  • Monitor network performance and conduct regular assessments to identify potential issues.
  • Provide support for network-related queries and issues from users and stakeholders.
  • Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
  • Participate in network maintenance activities, including upgrades and patches.
  • Work flexibly during weekends if required for changes or maintenance activities.



Requirements What you need:
  • Proven experience as a Network Engineer,in a Level 2 support role.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, hardware, and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular hours, including weekends, for maintenance activities.
