IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, POS systems, and networks.
• Provide technical support for café operations, staff, and office teams.
• Troubleshoot IT issues including system errors, connectivity, and hardware failures.
• Maintain data security, backup systems, and access controls.
• Manage and update IT assets, licenses, and inventory.
• Support integrations with billing, inventory, and HRMS software.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT services, AMC, and repairs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science / related field.
• 2–4 years of IT support/engineering experience (retail/hospitality preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, POS systems, CCTV, printers.
• Familiarity with data security, cloud tools, and basic server management.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
