Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily cash flow management monitor and update cash positions across bank accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports.
  • Support bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Assist in executing fund transfers, vendor payments, and intercompany settlements.
  • Maintain and update treasury records including bank mandates, signatories, and account details.
  • Support in investment and borrowing activities (e.g., short-term deposits, overdrafts).
  • Liaise with banks for queries, statements, and documentation requirements.
  • Support in FX transactions (if applicable) and monitor foreign currency exposures.
  • Prepare documentation for audits and compliance as required.
  • Assist in automation initiatives and treasury management system (TMS) updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting and financial principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) is preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
