Position Executive – Treasury

Qualification – CA Inter or MBA Finance

Location: Tidel Park, Chennai

Experience: 1 to 7 years

Job Description

The candidate should be capable of handling

  1. Term Loan – Term Loan availment, monitoring of utilization of limits, month end funding for interest payment and principal repayment, preparation of various MIS reports on Term Loan. Monitoring of project spending through POs issued for the project
  2. Monitoring of CC utilization and Cash Flow position: Monitoring of CC limits with each bank basis the DP arrived and monitoring of WCDL utilization as per RBI guidelines, on daily basis so as to ensure optimum utilization of working capital limits.
  3. Bank Guarantee (BG): Knowledge & work experience of handling Bank Guarantee and should be able to handle issuance, follow up and retrieval and closure of BGs
  4. Letter of Credit: Knowledge & work experience in handling Letter of Credit & the mechanism. Should know the UCPDC / ICC / INCOTERMS. Should be able to handle both Import & Inland LC. Should know the latest guidelines of RBI / FEMA etc.
  5. Treasury Report: Preparation of Treasury Report on daily basis as per the format approved and to be circulated to all relevant officials on daily basis.
  6. Receivables Statement: Preparation of monthly Receivables Statement to arrive at the Drawing Power of working capital limits with each bank, based on the details received from AR and AP team.
  7. Submission of various Returns to banks and FIS: To prepare various quarterly, half-yearly and annual reports to banks and FI – like Annexure I, Annexure III, FFR I, FFR II, UFCE etc.
  8. Power Point Presentation: Preparation of PPT for Board and bankers on the performance of the Treasury and company respectively
  9. Co-ordination with Audit Team: To co-ordinate with Statutory Auditors & Internal Auditors for smooth completion of the Internal Audit and address the audit observations if any.
  10. Credit Rating – Submission of data point to credit rating agencies for rating as well as annual surveillance purpose. Submission of monthly NDS (No Default Statement) to Credit Rating Agencies
  11. Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) – Submission of request to Legal Entity Identifier India Limited for getting LEI certificates and renewal of the same on annual basis by submitting necessary documents as prescribed by LEI India Limited
  12. MS Power Point / MS Excel / MS Word: Should be well versed in using / handling MS Power Point, MS Excel & MS Word.
