About the Role:
Alphanext Technology Solutions is seeking a dynamic Solar EPC Business Expansion Manager to spearhead growth and management of our solar EPC projects both domestically and internationally. This leadership role involves driving commercial and industrial solar projects, building strong channel partnerships, and leading teams to achieve aggressive business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of sales and marketing for the lithium battery vertical, including product positioning and market penetration.
- Lead business development efforts targeting industrial and commercial B2B customers across India.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and strategic partners for seamless execution and growth.
- Achieve aggressive sales targets linked to capacity growth (~50kW monthly sales expectation).
- Build, mentor, and lead a team comprising senior, mid-level, and junior sales roles.
- Analyze market trends and competitors, including major players like Kawari, Excite, and Emerald Battery, to stay ahead.
Qualifications:
- Extensive sales and marketing experience in lithium battery or related energy storage sectors.
- Proven leadership ability at DGM/GM level or equivalent senior sales role.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
