Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Managed and maintained relationships with clients on a daily basis.
English Medium background to create content / text in english language
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Develop and execute customized social media marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
Conduct in-depth research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Create and curated engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
Schedule and publish content according to content calendars and posting schedules.
Cultivate and nurtured online communities through active engagement with followers.
Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, trends, and timely responses.
Utilize analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing budget allocation and targeting.
Proficiently work with various social media platforms(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Educate clients on the value of social media marketing and provided training as needed.
Achieve significant increases in engagement, followers, website traffic, and conversions for clients.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including designers and content writers, for cohesive campaigns.
