We are looking for an experienced Social Media Executive to manage, create, and optimize our brand's presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of digital trends, content creation, and analytics, along with a creative mindset and proven experience driving engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Threads, etc.).
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to achieve specific KPIs.
  • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with influencers, partners, and agencies for campaigns or collaborations.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and propose creative improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 6month, 1years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing social media for B2B/B2C brands.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid ad optimization.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and content collaborations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
