Position Overview

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems, network connectivity, and hardware/software setups across all three Visakhapatnam offices. This role involves on-site support, troubleshooting, and coordination with the Head Office IT team for system integration and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure across the three offices — including computers, printers, networking equipment, and CCTV systems.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software (Windows, MS Office, antivirus, etc.).
  • Ensure stable and secure LAN/WAN connectivity; handle routers, switches, and access points.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to staff for systems, internet, and application issues.
  • Maintain backup systems and ensure data security and recovery procedures are in place.
  • Coordinate with vendors and the Head Office IT team for procurement, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of IT assets.
  • Support video conferencing and online meeting setups.
  • Perform routine system updates, patches, and preventive maintenance.
  • Document IT issues, resolutions, and maintenance logs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
