Job Description:
  • As a telecaller, your role will involve contacting and communicating with doctors to promote our goods.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients (doctors) on a day-to-day basis, proactively engaging with the client team to implement the agreed program strategy.
  • Your responsibilities will include handling all client-related communications, such as understanding the brief, planning, and effectively communicating it to the internal team. Additionally, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies that align with the mainline communication for the clients' projects.
  • Building the brand image through innovative promotional concepts will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will need to think outside the box and strategize on brand development.
  • It is important to possess good analytical skills to decode marketing research and interpret ongoing trends in marketing strategy. Collaboration and teamwork will be essential as you work closely with the content and design team to develop and plan creative strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint is a must, along with excellent time management and organizational skills. Your communication skills, both in English and Hindi, as well as your presentation skills and client servicing abilities, should be exceptional.
  • Please note that this is a telesales position and not field sales.

Education/Experience:
  • Freshers are welcome to apply. However, having 1 year of sales experience would be beneficial.
