Key Responsibilities

Billing & Verification:

  • Prepare, verify, and process contractor and subcontractor bills.

  • Ensure timely submission and approval of bills to maintain project timelines.

    Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain and manage BOQs, estimates, and billing documentation.

  • Assist in preparing tender documents, contracts, and reconciliation statements.

    Cost Management:

  • Monitor project budgets and control costs to avoid overruns.

  • Generate monthly cost reports, cash flows, and project financial forecasts.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and finance teams.

  • Communicate with contractors and clients to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

Site Inspections:

  • Conduct on-site measurements to validate material usage and work progress.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.

  • In-depth knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and bar bending schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
