What You'll Do:

  • Design, train, and deploy
    machine learning and deep learning models
    for NLP, document analysis, and reasoning.
  • Work with
    LLMs, Transformers, and Generative AI models
    to build scalable AI solutions.
  • Convert research ideas into production-grade algorithms and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product and research teams to develop
    AI-driven features
    (summarization, recommendations, knowledge graphs, etc.).
  • Optimize and fine-tune models for
    accuracy, performance, and ethical AI standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong coding skills in
    Python
    (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks).
  • Solid grasp of
    ML, DL, and NLP fundamentals
    — from data preprocessing to model evaluation.
  • Experience with
    LLMs
    ,
    prompt engineering
    , or
    RAG pipelines
    is a huge plus.
  • Curious mindset and ability to work in an experimental, fast-paced AI lab environment.
  • (Bonus) Understanding of
    legal data
