Role Description

The BIM Modeler-ID will work full-time in an on-site role located in Kerala, India. This professional will be responsible for creating and maintaining Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural and construction-related projects. Tasks include collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams to produce detailed construction drawings, interpreting design specifications, and ensuring the integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within the overall project design.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of Architecture and capability in creating construction drawings.
  • Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and integration within BIM.
  • Understanding of construction processes and methods, with the ability to create accurate and precise models.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret design documentation effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary teams and contribute to a project-focused environment.
  • Relevant certification or training in BIM software and tools will be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience or an educational background in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
