Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a WhatsApp Marketing Manager located in Bengaluru. The WhatsApp Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns through WhatsApp, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing content for better engagement. Day-to-day tasks will include creating and scheduling messages, managing customer interactions, and working closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive user engagement and growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing and social media marketing
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business API and other marketing tools
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Creative thinking and content creation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the financial or investment sector is a plus
