We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support and ensure smooth functioning of desktop systems, applications, and networks. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting abilities and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, laptops, printers, and related hardware.
  • Set up and manage Outlook configuration and troubleshoot email issues.
  • Provide support for MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Handle incoming mail queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration).
  • Ensure system security through antivirus updates and basic system checks.
  • Maintain records of IT assets, service requests, and issue resolutions.
  • Provide user support and ensure minimal downtime across the workplace.
