Must Have SAP HCM Time Management Consultant to join our team and provide expert-level support in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Time Management module. This individual will play a key role in supporting the management of employee time data, absence management, and workforce planning within the SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Must have SAP HCM Time Management Configuration:

Must have Configure the SAP HCM Time Management module, including work schedules, time evaluation, absence types, shift planning, and attendance/absence data.

Must have System Implementation & Support:

Must have Lead or support SAP Time Management implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment of time management solutions.

Must have Time Data Processing:

Must have Set up and maintain time types, work schedules, attendance, and absence records to ensure accurate data capture for payroll and reporting.

Must have Integration with Other Modules:

Must have Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of time management processes across other SAP HCM modules like Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM).

Must have Troubleshooting & Support:

Must have Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for time management issues. Identify root causes and implement corrective measures.

Must have Reports & Analytics: Must have Develop custom reports and time-related dashboards to monitor key metrics such as overtime, attendance, and absence trends.

Must have User Training & Documentation:

Must have Develop user manuals and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand the time management systems features and processes.

Must have System Optimization & Continuous Improvement:

Must have Continuously evaluate and improve time management workflows and processes, applying best practices to optimize system performance.

Must have atleast 1 Implementation experience.
