Commercial Manager

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic professionals to join our Commercial Department. The role involves driving opportunity identification through to award phase for Offshore Oil & Gas projects, collaborating across functions to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:-
Commercial & Business Development
- Support appraisal and bid Go/No Go decisions through techno-commercial analysis, basic financial modeling, and contract/risk reviews.
- Prepare internal documents and presentations for approvals during contract negotiations (Lease/BOO/BOT/EPC).
- Coordinate with legal, technical, and finance teams for project-specific commercial processes.
Tendering & Proposals
- Assist in preparation and submission of EOIs, RFPs, and commercial proposals with cross-functional coordination.
- Track business development opportunities and maintain a pipeline of leads.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and regional activities across the energy value chain.
What We're Looking For:-
- MBA from a
Tier 1 Management School
(ISB/IIM/XLRI or equivalent). - Minimum
2+ years' experience
in commercial negotiations for large-scale infrastructure projects. - Strong understanding of the
oil & gas sector
(upstream, midstream, downstream). - Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret and summarize complex commercial contracts.
- Strong teamwork, coordination, and communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel when required.
