We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mutual Funds and Equity Operations Executive with 2–3 years of experience in Mutual Fund backend operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of NSE NMF portal operations, KYC verification, Demat-related activities, and telesales support.

Key Responsibilities:

 Register clients on the NSE NMF portal accurately and efficiently.

 Verify KYC documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

 Handle NACH mandate registration and KRA verification.

 Assist in opening MOSL Demat accounts and ensure smooth client onboarding.

 Manage DIS slip punching in CBOS and related backend activities.

 Handle dematerialization of physical shares in backend operations.

 Schedule and line up meetings for the Sales Manager.

 Support telesales activities and coordinate with clients as required.

 Provide timely updates to existing and new clients regarding ongoing NFOs and IPOs.

Candidate Requirements:

 Graduate in Commerce/Finance or related field (preferred).

 2–3 years of experience in Mutual Fund backend operations.

 Good knowledge of NSE NMF, Kfintech, CAMS, BSE Star portal, KYC, NACH, KRA processes.

 Hands-on experience with MOSL Demat account opening, DIS slip punching, and dematerialization processes.  Strong communication and telesales support skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office with ability to manage backend operations efficiently.

 Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
