Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent
Operations Executive
to join our
Mutual Funds Operations
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate
processing of mutual fund transactions
, maintaining records, reconciling accounts, and supporting compliance and reporting activities. This is a
backend role focused on transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, switches, dividend payouts, and systematic investment plans (SIPs).
- Verify and reconcile transaction details with fund houses and internal systems to ensure accuracy.
- Handle KYC documentation checks
and ensure all investor records are up to date and compliant. - Support periodic financial reconciliations and error investigation activities.
- Communicate with internal teams and clients (if required) to provide backend support.
Qualification
:
- Any graduation degree but good understanding of mutual funds is required.
- 1–6 years of experience in mutual fund operations, financial services operations, or similar backend role.
- Good understanding of mutual fund products
, investment cycles, and industry regulations (especially SEBI). - Strong knowledge of transaction processing, KYC norms, account reconciliation, and reporting.
- Proficient in MS Excel
and financial software systems (e.g., CAMS, MF Utility, etc.).
