Role Overview

The General Manager – Digital Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the company's digital marketing strategy, leading a team of specialists, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and solutions to enhance campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, and proven experience in implementing AI-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team across SEO, SEM, social media, content, performance marketing, and analytics.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Integrate AI-driven tools (predictive analytics, personalization engines, automation platforms, generative AI) to enhance campaigns and optimize customer journeys.
  • Oversee client strategy planning, delivery, and reporting to ensure measurable results and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, with a focus on AI applications in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Technology) to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Manage budgets, KPIs, and ensure maximum ROI on marketing investments.
  • Drive innovation by experimenting with new platforms, channels, and technologies.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, paid media, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with AI in digital marketing – tools like ChatGPT( for content creation and ideation), Perplexity( for research and data driven insights) Jasper, HubSpot AI, Surfer SEO, Writesonic, , Canva AI etc., or other AI platforms.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to interpret and act on insights.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • Track record of scaling digital campaigns and delivering business growth.
  • Certifications in digital marketing/AI tools (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.).
