Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Haveli Dharampura, located in Delhi. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating hiring and training processes, assisting in food and beverage services, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and compliance with health regulations. Collaboration with the team to create memorable dining experiences is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills and experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests
  • Proficiency in Hiring and team management to build and lead a well-trained, efficient restaurant staff
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with the team, customers, and management
  • Knowledge and expertise in Food & Beverage operations ensuring quality service and strict adherence to restaurant standards
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is preferred
  • Formal education in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
  • Familiarity with heritage and cultural settings is a plus
