Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Purchase Manager to handle end-to-end procurement for our electronics manufacturing operations. The role involves sourcing electronic components, vendor management, price negotiations, inventory control, and ensuring timely material availability for production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure electronic components, mechanical parts, and consumables.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate suppliers for quality, cost, and reliability.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms to optimize procurement costs.
- Collaborate with production and planning teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Track and monitor material lead times to avoid production delays.
- Develop cost-saving initiatives and alternative sourcing strategies.
- Maintain procurement data, purchase records, and supplier performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
- BE/ B-Tech
- 3–10 years of procurement experience in electronics manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of electronic components and manufacturing processes.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
