  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent quality and timely supply.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives through effective negotiations, supplier performance man Collaborate with production, planning, and finance teams to ensure timely availability of materials and optimal inventory levels.
  • Establish and monitor procurement KPIs such as lead time, cost savings, supplier performance, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical procurement practices.
  • Review and approve purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements to safeguard company interests.
  • Foster a high-performing purchase team, providing mentorship, training, and clear performance objectives.
  • Continuously assess market trends, material costs, and new supplier opportunities to support business competitiveness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹239,250.00 per month
