Textile Manufacturing is a dynamic and innovative organization committed to excellence and growth. We are looking for a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team and support our expanding operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for human resources and operational efficiency.

  • Oversee and manage daily HR operations including employee records, HRIS, and compliance documentation.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company offerings.
  • Process and manage payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
  • Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month
