Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Leader to drive our talent acquisition and culture development strategies.

About the Role:

  • Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviews, and closure of high-caliber professionals across roles.
  • Culture Development: Planning and driving team engagement initiatives, onboarding experiences, and addressing people-related matters proactively.
  • People Operations: Overseeing all aspects of hiring and employee management, including people issues and team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with leads to hire top talent across various positions.
  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies via LinkedIn and other platforms.
  3. Align new hires with company values and performance expectations.
  4. Design and execute team engagement activities and onboarding programs.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent management with a strong strategic mindset.
  • Proven ability to multitask across talent acquisition and people operations.
  • Excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and similar platforms preferred.
