Head of Traffic Control

a) Upon receiving reports from the Traffic Monitoring and Control Operator (TMO) and Facility Monitor and Control Operator (FMO) regarding traffic accidents and other events occurring inside or outside the tunnel, the response policy is determined and instruct to TMO and FMO, and communicate with Unit Head of other units as necessary.

b) Communicate and coordinate with relevant agencies to cope with the traffic event occurred, as necessary, especially in case of emergency.

c) Prepare and submit all reports on traffic and facility monitoring to the Head of office.

d) Assist the Head of Office in his/her work

e) Responsible for 24 hours for making decision on the necessary measures to be taken and handling the traffic event occurred in case of emergency.
