Roles and Responsibilities

  • We have two openings for Plant Head positions. As both locations are new greenfield projects, we are looking for experienced leaders to head these plants.

  • Oversee plant operations, ensuring efficient production planning, execution, and management.

  • Manage factory operations, including manpower handling, productivity improvement initiatives, and quality control measures.
  • Oversee cross-functional alignment between Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

  • Develop strategies to improve overall efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Build and maintain effective liaisons with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and government authorities to support efficient plant operations and compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 18-28 years of experience in the iron & steel industry or related field.
  • Strong understanding of plant operations, maintenance schedules, and inventory management.
  • Experience IN ERW Tube & Flat Products
  • Experience in DFT is an added advantage
  • Full-Time B.Tech Degree
  • Currently employed as a Plant Head
