1. Financial Planning & Strategy

  • Develop financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Prepare forecasts, business plans, and annual budgets.
  • Analyse financial performance and recommend improvements.

2. Financial Management & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements.
  • Conduct variance analysis and present insights.

3. Accounting & Compliance

  • Maintain internal controls and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate with accountants

4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
  • Oversee banking operations and credit lines.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

5. Cost Control & Process Improvement

  • Review expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

6. Risk Management

  • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Protect company assets and financial data.

7. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the finance team.
  • Ensure performance evaluation and development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
