Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize website/marketplace KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, Ad performance, etc.).
  • Generate actionable insights to improve user engagement, product visibility, and sales performance.
  • Analyze customer acquisition channels (Google Ads, META, SEO, etc.) to optimize marketing spend.
  • Track campaign effectiveness and suggest data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau/Looker Studio, or Power BI to provide real-time insights & automate reporting processes and create interactive data visualizations.
  • Segment customers based on behavior, demographics, and purchase patterns. Support personalized marketing strategies using data-backed insights.
  • Write efficient Python Scripts/SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform large datasets.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team and Management to align data-driven strategies with business goals.
  • Ability to work with Google Big Query for warehousing and data integration.

Requirements

:

  • 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and digital marketing analytics.
  • Must be proficient in SQL, Advanced Excel, and Google Big Query for data processing.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI for dashboarding.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams (Digital Marketing).
  • Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Advanced Excel, Statistics, and Google Big Query for data processing.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI for dashboarding.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams (Digital Marketing).
  • Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
