We are seeking an HR professional with proven experience in the BPO industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should be people-oriented, proactive, and experienced in handling employee engagement, grievances, hiring, and welfare initiatives. This role is focused on maintaining a healthy and positive work environment while ensuring HR policies are implemented effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive
employee engagement activities
to enhance motivation and retention. - Handle
employee grievances
with empathy and ensure timely resolution. - Manage
end-to-end hiring processes
for various BPO roles. - Conduct
policy refresher trainings
to ensure compliance and awareness among staff. - Organize and execute
employee welfare programs
and initiatives. - Ensure smooth
HR operations
aligned with company policies and standards. - Partner with management and employees to improve work relationships and boost productivity.
Requirements
- A candidate with a
minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a BPO setup
. - Strong background in employee engagement, grievance handling, and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and employee welfare initiatives.
