Salary range : Upto 5. 5LPA

Experience: Minimum 3yrs experience in any BPO. Team handling, attrition and shrinkage experience is a must.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – Healthcare Voice Process to lead a customer service team in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a solid background in BPO voice operations, and proven expertise in handling attrition and shrinkage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in BPO voice process (Healthcare domain preferred).
  • Proven Team Leader (TL) experience is mandatory.
  • Strong track record of managing attrition and shrinkage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Data-driven approach to analyze team performance and implement improvements.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service associates in the healthcare voice process.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with strict adherence to SLAs and process standards.
  • Conduct team meetings, performance appraisals, and regular coaching sessions.
  • Analyze performance data and present actionable reports to senior leadership.
  • Drive key initiatives to manage and reduce attrition and shrinkage effectively.
  • Resolve customer escalations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and team performance.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
