Basic Qualifications

  • Prior support experience with multi-national customers.
  • Good communication skills (oral as well as written).

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with following qualifications will have an added advantage:

  • Prior experience with ServiceNow tool.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing/distribution setup with hands-on knowledge on any ERP.
