As a Security Officer (SO) in Gurugram, Haryana in the Security Services industry, your role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients and employees. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting patrols, monitoring premises via CCTV surveillance, and controlling access points. - Preventing unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities. - Responding promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies. - Preparing and submitting incident reports and daily activity logs. - Assisting visitors, verifying identification, and maintaining visitor logs. - Ensuring compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety protocols. - Coordinating with police, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel when required. To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following criteria: - Minimum Graduate in any discipline. - Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security or related roles. - Age between 21 to 40 years. - Physically fit and medically cleared. - No criminal background. In addition to the qualifications, the skills required for this role include: - High level of alertness and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage and respond to emergency situations effectively. - Familiarity with basic security equipment like CCTV, metal detectors, etc.,
