We are looking for a Newly Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join a prestigious and well-established tea industry group in Siliguri. This is a great opportunity for fresh CAs to start their career with a professionally managed organization.

Key Responsibilities
Financial accounting, reporting & compliance, including ledger maintenance and month-end close activities

Preparation of MIS, budgeting & variance analysis; assist in forecasting and management reporting

GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance and timely filing

Internal audit support, ledger reconciliations & cost optimization analysis

Coordination with auditors and internal finance teams; support statutory audits

Supporting management in financial planning & decisions; preparation of financial models and scenario analysis

Use of accounting systems and ERP for transaction posting, reconciliations and reporting

Requirements
Newly Qualified CA (0–1 year experience)

Strong knowledge of accounting standards & taxation, month-end close and reconciliations

Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms) and general ERP concepts

Hands-on experience or exposure to bookkeeping, payroll processing support and statutory filings

Good analytical and advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) and familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI/Excel dashboards) is a plus

Strong soft skills: effective communication, teamwork, adaptability, time management and problem-solving

Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and maintain accuracy under pressure
