We're Hiring: Sales Manager

  • Location: Urbtech Trade Centre, Sector-132, Noida
  • Experience: 2–6 years in Sales (Real Estate experience preferred, Noida market a plus)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute sales plans to achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Generate & convert leads via networking, calls & outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, investors & agencies
  • Conduct client meetings, property site visits & open houses
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle – engagement, negotiation & closure
  • Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • 2–6 years of sales experience (real estate preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to achieve/exceed sales targets
  • Own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler & willing to travel across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad & Gurugram
  • Confident, self-motivated & target-oriente
